This apartments Never answer the phone. Office service is bad also maintanance. this are filthy apartments with NO air conditioning it brakes often and maint. guys never come to fix them probably after 2mo. DO NOT RENT HERE even if you are desperate any other will be much better than this ones.
This complex is lovely, but my review is not about the complex. It's about maintenance team. I have requested repair 5 days ago still no response. I went to maintenance office spoke to them in person (they are next to gym) maybe they could send someone sooner - still nothing. I called to the office if they could expedite - nothing. Nobody came or called to fix my bathroom issue. Water was leaking from my bathtub's ceiling since Friday July 15th. When I called to the office they said it could be AC condenser leakage and they will send someone shortly. I wish if they were prompt with requests we need to deal with. Also I have asked they to change AC filter to be replaced - it's been couple months. Nothing. Again, this review is not about how this community looks like. It's about how slow service is here. Also how much they do NOT care about if this could be a big problem if they keep delaying to fix issues we are dealing with. Imagine if we have 1 day late payment for our rent, they will be charging freaking fee. Me here still waking and counting days -so far - 5 days. VERY UNFAIR
Had a minor issue where my toilet kept running. Maintenance came quickly and fixed the issue quickly. Love to see fast and accurate service!

There's new management but the same problems exist and the communication is worse. These people will argue you with you about run down AC units and act like you're making up the issues. Then they will literally close out maintenance tickets and never come out. The only time manager reached out directly to me was when I reached out to the corporate office. She was frazzled and confused about why I would go that far. I WENT FOUR MONTHS trying to give them time to resolve the issue. She backed her extremely rude maintenance manager but said that she would send out an outside company to look at the unit. Funny enough they came and things got better. The manager told me reach out to directly any time there's an issue. So 3 months later the same problem comes up. I reach out, she never responds. I put in a ticket, the maintenance team doesn't come out. Cushman Wakefield makes Pinnacle look like angels. I don't know if they bought just this property or took over Pinnacle but I would not recommend moving here. They don't replace old appliances and ac units but they will ask for more money upon renewal. Renter beware
