One of the worst service I have ever seen, Got the mail that product is out of delivery and its been 5 days product is not yet delivered, While trying to follow up with reliancedigital custome care they are not providing any proper resolution and even they dont have any idea where is the product exactly. Trying to follow up with them 3-4 time in days but none of the representative has any idea about the order and when aked to connect to next they are not connecting call to next label and saying will arrange call back and later there is no call back from reliance digital. I would suggest not place any order on reliance digital until you have no work other than just waiting for the product.

I called and confirmed a product called Philips induction which is showing 3099 online, but I went to the store and saw that the price is 600 more. That is, 3699, this cheating should be stopped, no one will buy anything from now on, they are all cheating, starting from the owner of their company and all the employees are cheating.

Very bad experience time waste worst service

I have purchase 55 Incn tv on 15th from hosur road reliance digital. Since today none of the technician came to do installation. As they said that with technician will visit. But none of them had visited. Pathetic service...

I bought a Vivo phone and it was defective on arrival till date there is no resolution from Reliance Digital even after I provided the Vivo defective certificate. They are not taking return or processing my request. Worst experience and loss of money

We purchased TV on Aug 23 which get damage on 18th sept 23. Till date at night of 11th Oct 23. It is not got repaired. Minus rating suits to Reliance digital. No one should purchase product from Reliance digital.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Reliance Digital's customer support. They are completely inept at processing refunds. I've been waiting for my refund for weeks, and every time I contact them, they give me the runaround and make empty promises. It's frustrating, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid their customer support like the plague.

I order a power adapter on reliance digital online and during order it showed 3 hour delivery else money back. But 72 hours past I did not receive the product. There is not any support from customer care, they even can't lodge a complaint and also they'll not cancell the order and my money is stucked. MY SINCERE REQUEST TO EVERY PURCHASER, PLEASE DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM RELIANCE DIGITAL, THEY ARE JUST MAKING FOOL OF US.

Worst brand I ever came across. Issues which I faced are - late delivery(they didn't inform me about anything, I had to call again n again to get the information about my product), didn't get the product which I wanted (it was unavailable, they didn't inform), water leakage problem with the product which I received (when I informed them they told me to call in the company (Havells), many technicians came but still my problem isn't resolved till today {16.07.23} ) Think 1000 times before buying any product from them.

Worst experience with Reliance Digital store, I have purchased a Mac Laptop from Reliance Thane store with 1+2 years warranty (ResQ Plan) and I was told by sales person that the laptop will be fully covered including parts , battery etc .....I paid 13K to cover mac with ResQ plan. Date of purchase : Oct -21 , Extended warranty valid till Oct 2024 . Problem faced ( June 2023) Seems issues with Battery , not charging , ResQ team said your laptop in not fully covered and you need to pay for battery replacement . I have to get battery replaced from apple store and have to pay 16K from my pocket . I feel like I was cheated with false /incomplete information ,....How can customer understand the invoice with code Na BA = no battery ... Ideally 16500 should be borne by ResQ not by me .....and Customers should be provided with full information including exclusions, let customers decide whether to go with ReSQ plan or with product company Extended Warranty . In this case I could have paid 17K to Apple with full coverage rather than getting fooled by the ResQ plan and in the end paying 16K from my pocket . I have bought fridge from bellandur branch on 28th June but there were some defect in fridge as technician said .Now I am trying to approach for replacement but reliance people are not responding it's been 9 days . What kind of fucking services u guys are providing . Sorry I m using bad words but u guys deserve this , disgusting service ..I will never suggest to anyone to go reliance . You guys are neither replacing nor refunding my money .
