If you have not proper man power then stop outlet don't waste customer time. N improve staff communication skills as welll as technical knowledge.

This branch is surviving solely on brand value. Staff is unprofessional and lacks basic knowledge about products. Products are sold at a higher price than the displayed price of the product at the store itself. When confronted about the same during billing, they recommended to visit a different branch to buy the same product at a competent rate. Then what is the purpose of this branch? Not recommended.
