I must name Veerle from the clinic in Rotterdam. She is just amazing. I am doing laser treatments with her, and the attention for the details, care, and understanding is just perfect. Because let's be honest, it can be painful sometimes.

Ridiculous! basically, I need to pay 3000 euros for laser hair removal, and I need to shave myself and buy the gel there, 3000 euros for 8 times treatment don't include any service. So I ask them does the effect guaranteed? they said no, and I still need to pay the treatment if it doesn't work after 8 times treatment. I was shocked by these two parts. ridiculous service. update: Given that what the seller reply, here is my reply on that. for shaving: the seller said they don't provide shaving service is technological reason, but obviously not, because you charge for shaving. If it's a technological reason, How is it possible that it suddenly could shave after I pay. from my perspective, It is I pay more than 400 euros for one time treatment, and It even doesn't include a basic shaving, and I was charged for the extra fees for that. That's the ridiculous part. Don't use technology reason to cover the issue. for price: of cos it has a price, and I will pay 3000 euros for that, you talk like I get the treatment for free! and after I pay the fees of treatment and spend a lot of time on it, there is no any guarantee for the effect!! if the treatment doesn't work, I think then it's ur responsibility for the customers. But what I was told is, if the treatment doesn't work I still continue to pay the treatment by myself, and i feel it ridiculous, from any perspective!

Absolutely TRASH! They suggested deals to you so you end up paying MORE & then the laser doesn’t work then they tell you you need to pay more. They don’t even do their job properly and extremely rude. Pick another place

The girls who work at Release Clinic Rotterdam are very professional. I had my 3rd laser epilation session already and every time it's been handled with great care and friendliness. I highly recommend the place to anyone who is looking to do laser epilation.
