Very low level of service and not client oriented at all. The treatment that meant to be the same and with the same duration is actually all the time different and depends on which specialist is doing it this day. In result no effect at all. I was advised to make treatment 3 times and that it would be definitely enough. It wasn't, specialist saw it during my last visit and didn't recommend anything, even not to continue or try another treatment to help (They are so lazy that even don't try to do upselling, lol) Like it is fine that their treatment doesn't work. Staff is completely not interested to do their job.

Unhappy with treatment. I am a dark skin female who was burnt twice during laser hair removal treatments, because the laser settings was too high. I was then promised dermroller treatment for scar, which I never received. Laser hair removal was minimal.
