As a Silver Sneakers participant, a examine was needed beforehand. When asked by the PT Dr where it hurt I challenged them to tell me. And they did, and put together a stretch and exercise program customized to my needs. The results so far have been beyond my expectations. I can stand straighter for longer periods of time, have regained much more mobility, with alot less to no pain at all. Going to another gym, I would be trying to pump weight on my own without any guidance or direction, possibly causing further damage than I started with. But at Rehability it's a prescribed routine to my needs and ability. Although I can work at my own pace it's still within a controlled, supervised, monitored environment with trained professionals. Thank you

I’m a recidivist at Rehability, this current interaction by choice. Amy’s “Howdy” upon my arrival is a greeting a ‘gym rat’ appreciates. The ninety minutes passed in the place, two to three times per week, is a gratifying social experience for this eighty-one year old. I delight in the interactions had with its resident staff, patients, and patrons like me. A curious club! Methinks I’d embarrass Steve if I highlighted his contributions to the place.

Steve and Denise have assisted me with two surgical procedures, their expertise in pre-surgery PT and pst surgical PT has advanced the healing process. A recent review by my Surgeon placed me in the 90 percentile for recovery and and he advised that I my recovery was approximately 4 weeks ahead of the normal recovery.

After breaking the humerus in my right arm. I needed PT to keep my arm and shoulder fluid while the bone healed. This is my first broken bone and I am getting an education on the best way to heal properly and avoid surgery. I am receiving the best possible help to achieve my goals.
