Regency Multi Super Speciality Hospital - Lucknow

They made me feel comfortable during my stay at the hospital. 2. Facilities: The hospital has excellent facilities and is well-maintained. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the equipment used during my treatment was top-notch. 3. Services: The hospital provides a wide range of services and specialties, making it a one-stop-shop for medical care. The doctors and nurses were experienced and knowledgeable, and they provided me with excellent care throughout my stay. 4. Communication: The hospital staff communicated with me clearly and effectively, keeping me informed of my treatment plan and progress. They were also available to answer any questions or concerns I had. Overall, I had a positive experience at Regency Multi Super Specialty Hospital in Lucknow. I recently got my mother treated in Regency Hospital. It is a very good hospital. Dr. Yash Javeri treated my mother. He is a gem of a person, so down to earth, kind and soft spoken. He explained everything in details. I would recommend him anytime for his critical care expertise. Support, patient gets from him is just matchless. Special reference to Ashish Shukla ji for his help and support and treating us like a family. Now coming to Nurse staff and other staff. One thing which makes Regency stand out, atleast which I felt during our 3 day stay that. Every staff is so helpful and always ready to go extra mile. Smiling and caring staff and its availability 24x7 was the key. Nurses are very kind and helpful too. Many a times my mother had pain, Nurse were always available even at midnight or early mornings. Security staff was also very helpful and cooperative. I am based in noida and have never found such a welcoming hospital. Hospital is clean and tidy, bathrooms are very well maintained. Special mention is of in house canteen, they are always on time and provide good quality food based on dietician recommendation. Even Attendant food was given very quickly at a very reasonable rates. TPA support staff was also very prompt and helped at every step. Overall I would say it is a very good speciality center. Only thing is MRI and CT scan is done in linked diagnostic center, although hospital provides ambulance facility but it would have been great if MRI and CTscan facility would have been inside the hospital. Rest all is very good. Thanks for taking good care of my mother.

Must say this hospital provide best services to the patients, the staff is very supportive and they possess renowned and experienced doctors. My family member was under Dr. Pradeep Joshi(Gastrointestinal Surgeon), he conducted each and every process smoothly. A really big thank you to Regency Lucknow 👍

Front look is Very Good, Place is very good, facilities are very nice. No sufficient parking space nor any guard or person to help for the parking. Staff is very rood and rigid. Even in general ward entry is only for 1 person at a time. Morning time is 8:15 to 9:00 am and evening time is 5:00 to 6:00 pm. One basic and most important fact is parking is not in sufficient number. No goog space at all floors. Moving in this hospital gives feel like very conjuction. I feel how the Govt authority has given such license to the hospital where there is parking problem, space problem on floors, In a very small area the Hospital authority thought to provide every facility. This is a main cause of space. Encroachment of govt. Road and sewerage but no action by the authorities on the hospital. Government should not give commercial permission to any entity where there is less parking. Parking should be made mandatory in front and at full Basement. How a Big Hospital is given a license at such a busy chauraha. Overall I disliked the facilities, behavior of staff, space in the hospital etc... Thus I disliked it... and rating it 2 star only...
