The sales person Kyiah was very unprofessional and rude to both my grandparents and I . We had multiple simple questions to ask about the furniture and dresser we were purchasing and continued to be rude . On top of that she added a 300$ deceivers charge to our invoice after telling us we will have free delivery , also she added an addition 350$ protection plan for the furniture With out telling or explaining to us it will be added. Overall she provided the worst customer service I’ve ever received.
