Always seem to have to get in contact with them lately regarding a refund, constantly coming up with technical errors then having to wait from Wednesday to Monday to hear from them then finally refund worked Once they fixed it. Has been happening to many people lately. Could have had my order sent back to culture kings in the same time and been been refunded quicker. Disappointed.

Customer service is absolutely brilliant. Very easy service, I had a small hiccup in my packing slip due to the large physical size of my parcel but everyone I spoke to made the return as easy as possible; particularly Maddie who was the last person I spoke to. Online shopping can be a little dubious but I’ll feel a lot more confident if I see a shop is using Refundid now that I’ve gone through the process.

Refundid is what online shopping has been missing. Returns are a necessary part of shopping online - you are trying on clothes or shoes for the first time in your home, you cannot know if they fit or suit til they arrive. Trying to keep track of your refunds when you have multiple purchases and manage your money when you don’t know when it’s arriving is really difficult. But instant refunds solves that. Refundid is a brilliant service and they have brilliant customer service. I am notorious for filling out forms incorrectly and totally stuffed up my first refund. The customer service team is available through text and calls and they sorted out my tangle for me with no hassles. And so lovely and friendly, they were an absolute pleasure to deal with.
