Recyclable Bicycle Exchange

Came into the shop and test rode my first bike. Within an hour, I was walking out with a road bike that fit perfectly. Jeff and his team do an awesome job of restoring bikes and making sure you leave satisfied. Perfect place to buy a used bike with a great and helpful staff.

This place is a hidden treasure everyone should know about! Austin greeted us with a warm welcoming and was beyond helpful in assisting us to find the best bike for our needs. He took his time to explain all the technicalities of the bike parts and encouraged us to test ride the bikes. Jeff, the owner, was also very amiable and concise in explaining the details of the deposit. This is a very hospitable and flexible establishment to suit all needs. To top it all off, their “mascot” is a super cute and sweet pitbull named Juice that loves cuddles. I left there with a huge smile on my face and one step closer to getting a great bike.

I was very satisfied with the quality of the bikes and the level of knowledgeable service offered by RBE. I have not ridden in years, and they were very informative and encouraging towards both my lack of experience and curiosities. I found EVERYTHING I needed in one fell swoop: quality bike, lock, and cover for my bike to shield it from rain. I enjoyed the professionalism and rapport amongst the staff, as well as the dovish sales techniques that came off as beneficial, rather than a sales tactic. I will be visiting them again because they offer adjustments, and I could benefit from a more comfortable seat, given it's been years since I've ridden. I suggest you give them a visit.

I have used RBX for approximately 3 years now and they have always taken good care of me. They are supporters of Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) and that makes them extra special in my book. They have a knowledge staff and extensive inventory. If anyone needs anything bicycle related, now I can say “I know a guy.”

This was our first visit. There's a massive selection of bikes, and Jeff does an amazing job supporting the local community. He is very patient and helpful in explaining how to repair bikes and I will definitely return to have his shop handle repairs in the future. We love RBX!
