Excellent service

The customer service is too bad.

Lack of Workers is a major problem. Bikes are not getting Serviced on the same day in most cases if there are works other than oil filling routine maintenance or General Service.

Very poor service At rd motors and don't buy hero bikes because they have their own hiden policies customers will be cheated when they get complaints.

It's shame to say that I had bike from Hero,cos I when the service they had done its not satisfying and the charges more without completing the problem. Although its a new bike after that they are charging for the thing which is not reasonable. So guys never buy a bike from such a company. They disappointed my thought our their company

It's not a yamaha dealer now this is a hero motor cycle dealership. Yamaha dealership doesn't exist here.
