Payge Baker is an absolutely amazing Senior Property Manager! She is always so quick to respond to my emails, and any repairs or issues are handled promptly and efficiently. She is professional, reliable, and genuinely makes renting so much easier. I couldn’t ask for a better property manager and highly recommend her!

I can not rate payge highly enough. She went above and beyond for myself and my daughter, listening to our circumstances and preferences for a home. She was professional and polite and really listened to us, and continued with her communication right the way though the process to getting the keys and following up with us to see if we were settled.

As potential purchaser, very difficult to deal with agent. No consideration for the time pressures/challenges around execution of contract, and no evidence of any desire to build rapport or trust in the process. As highest offer, we have walked away from the purchase because we’re unwilling to work with the agent.

Ray White Newcastle have been incredible, and helped me achieve my goal of moving out of home. This has been more than just a dream for me: as a person with disability on a pension, not able enough for mainstream work but not disabled enough for disability housing, and unable to continue living with ageing parents, moving out was a necessity, and the prospect of entering the rental market in the middle of this housing crisis was daunting to say the least. But Ray White have made the impossible possible.
