I rented a property with a petty neighbour who made false complaints of trespassing - not to the police, but directly to the real estate agency. This was a matter for Newcastle Police, not something the Ray White real estate should have involved themselves in or tried to investigate. I do not recommend Newcastle Ray White.

Most of the job requested was done well and quickly. Unfortunately I had to call the plumber back to complete the 2nd part of the requested job. He also did not attend to the laundry taps which I'd specifically requested and found over the weekend that one of the taps was leaking. My daughter was able to buy and fit a cap onto this tap.

Abbey Maloney chooses my business as one of her trades for her property management portfolio. She is very organised with the information provided to us when work orders are received meaning we can complete in quick time and therefore minimal costs for her clients and possible downtime for her tenants. If I'm writing a review for a specific property manager (Kelly Gardiner), then I would give her 5 stars. My property needs significant repairs due to water leak and Kelly has been very responsive in liaising between myself and the tenant (both email and phone). Her predecessors were less than satisfactory (slow to respond, one person left her position and didn't even inform her clients, even simple repairs and chasing strata seemed difficult with them). So I guess it depends on who your property manager is.
