Great experience whether buying or selling. We first met Kosta 11 years ago while buying a property that we have used as an investment property and now intend to move into ourselves. Kosta has stayed in touch with us throughout the last 11 years offering advice and staying up to date with any current or future needs. Kosta has now worked with us to sell our current home in readiness for us to move into the home he sold us 11 years ago. Kosta used his vast list of contacts to achieve not only a very quick sale, but at a price that exceeded our expectations, and with a minimum of fuss. We would have no hesitation in working with Kosta again, or recommending him to anyone looking for an honest, hardworking agent with great communication skills, whether buying or selling your next home.

Professional with good communication during whole process Fabulous marketing

I rented a property with a petty neighbour who made false complaints of trespassing - not to the police, but directly to the real estate agency. This was a matter for Newcastle Police, not something the Ray White real estate should have involved themselves in or tried to investigate. I do not recommend Newcastle Ray White.
