This is my first experience with Lexus and I am now a fan! On my first visit I was blown away by the very good quality customer service I received and and the aesthetics of the showroom. The facility was amazing and this prompted me to return and buy my first Lexus vehicle. My sales representative Shevaun provided excellent service and quality information that was very helpful to me. Ray Catena of White Plains prides itself to provide quality customer service that not only exceeds but surpass the expectation of its customers. I am a recipient of that quality service.

I bought a CPO Lexus ES 350 few months ago. I worked with Michael Torres. The service and overall experience were great. I was an out of state buyer and they made things very easy for me. Highly recommended.
