My experience felt like a classic case of being sold on confidence rather than realistic expectations. The sales process made it sound like my objectives were well within reach, but once I became a customer, the conversation changed to why everything needed much more time. When I decided the service wasn't right for my business, there was no flexibility—only a reliance on the contract and notice period. I don't mind paying for a service that doesn't work, provided the expectations are honest from the outset. Unfortunately, I left feeling that getting me signed up was a higher priority than making sure I fully understood what I was committing to. I wouldn't use their services again.

I engaged ranking co. when I'd had just about enough of a lack of success on google ads. Sam, Amber and the team reviewed by google ads set up and worked their magic, and as a result I've had a large number of excellent enquiries (and great friendly service). Coudn't reccomend ranking Co any higher - a must have team if you're having issues generating good leads for your google ads campaign.

I was originally withi another service provider and not particularly impressed with their results but I was contacted time and time again from Sally8 who ultimately won me over with her sheer resolve to win me as a client. By the time I was ready, Sally had been promoted and I was handed to Hamza (my man). It always refreshing to speak with somebody who knows their shit. Not just another faceless ad agency outsourcing OS or using bots, Hamza and Ranking Co. have improved our Google ads effectiveness and reach, with a friendly and personalised approach. Being a busy E-commerce owner, it frees up my time to focus on what we do best.

We engaged RankingCo to manage Google Ads for our platform, and unfortunately the experience fell well below expectations. After months of spend, we commissioned an independent audit and also had our internal sales manager review the account. Both identified serious issues, including: excessive spend on broad, low-intent keywords duplicated ad copy with poor CTR ads sending traffic to irrelevant pages (About, Privacy, Terms) mixed campaign intent (emergency towing vs app downloads) weak geographic intent despite towing being a hyper-local, urgent service poor competitor management, driving up auction costs We also experienced a major breakdown in reporting and oversight. Despite notifying our account manager in advance of a website migration (and again on the day it occurred), conversion tracking remained broken for over a month without being proactively flagged. This was later attributed to “not being informed,” which did not align with the communication trail. Reporting throughout the engagement lacked clarity and commercial insight, making it difficult to assess ROI or strategy effectiveness. SEO issues that were materially affecting paid performance were also never flagged, despite being obvious once reviewed independently. After formally raising these concerns and requesting cancellation, communication ceased. We received no response for over a week following a detailed feedback email to client success. Based on our experience, there was a clear lack of proactive account management, cost control, and alignment with business objectives.

The marketing team is not the problem, the cold call from sales does the phishing and promises you a ‘google health check’ and even if google is not the right place for your business (which their own marketing team agreed to after I had already spent $$$ on my google ads) the sales guy promises you the world. 30 day cancellation policy is also a joke. Ranking co takes their fee 1 week in advance which is fine, but to take money on the 29th day of my cancellation for a whole week worth of work that isn’t being done is just scammy. Having said that, you pay for 30 days but nothing is done on your account
