Recently I have visited this store. Even though the varieties are good, customer service is too bad. I was waiting for 5 mins for the cashier to attend. He was least interested to look after the customer. This made me to think to drop the chosen item there and to proceed to the next store. Customer should be treated well. I won't suggest to have this store in priority unless you want any specific items which is unavailable in other stores.

Shop open on sunday also, so employees don't consentrate on his duty and the billing system by hand returned, its uncomfortable to the customers .Only limited designs awailable .Shop Its good for limited purchase only,rate also little higher

Good customer service , providing traditional dressing style.. of tamilians. Giving heart touching. Traditional memory. Good quality of dhothies and cotton shirts. Way many new collection of colour shirts with same border of dhothies.. and providing angavastharam also . And also providing . Ladies sarees.. but Velcro dhothies were little high cost compared to orginal.. Velcro dhothies also have packets.. the show room present at junction of the city .. opposite to arasan petrol bunk and near by damro furniture show room.. Near by land mark .. velavan hyper market And easily visible from the velavan stores signal . Near by restaurant were also available.. and also opposite to Titan eye plus..
