Worst customer service,i have ever seen like this before,i have purchased 1500 worth saree, but it was damaged,i went again, simply they said, please come after four days like that,then they said same answer, however finally i have changed . This is the first and last time,i don't want to go that showroom
Just Okay. Only dhothi, towels, kerchiefs are available. Limited items of Shirts, Sarees are available. I am not sure about the rate.
Really worst experience in shop . Came to store to purchase dhoti and shirt , we waited for 15 mins no one attended us even after we asked few staff to show us some shirt and dhoti. I went to store manager and raised a complaint. Even he don't bother or care about anything. Worst behaviour by staff. God have to save the owner.😶
I loved the salwar collection! Wish you could bring in more designs. It is very economical...and I hope you keep it this way, so you ll not lose your customers. Special mention: I went to the rediyarpalayan branch... the staffs are v kind there... v responsive !
Sir/Madam, I have visited your showroom on 26-06-2022. The Sales executive present there asked the size of the shirt and said the rates are 1045 and 2000 for linen shirt without showing and said that if you need only we will take out. Without showing any shirt he is saying the price and if needed he will take out. The customer service was very pathetic. I never expected such kind of behaviour from a reputed brand like Ramraj. Expecting some kind of good etiquette from the sales executive from Pondicherry branch. Thank you
