very nice shop,got all varieties,presentation is excellent,staff are courteous.nice ecperience.only draw back is they are not giving discount even for deepavali and other festivals.but are spending much for advertisements.
Expensive but quality is really good, service by the sales people are also good, not a big show room, so don't expect a lot but whatever they have it's up to the quality.
Today visited to buy some clothes. But shocked to see that most of the customers were not wearing masks and some of the sales team too. I Just walked out of the shop. Are they selling textiles or spreading Covid virus
Worst experience I have had in my life..I have bought wedding silk dhoti and silk cloth for my wedding..Ramraj staff didn't allow to see the shirt fully and tried only trial shirt..staff has mentioned like ramraj product is always good and no need to open and see but when I open the shirt at early morning at my wedding. Shirt in damaged position at back side. I don't have a option to go to shop at morning 6 a.m so I tried to hide that damaged place with some garland..later after 2 days I went to shop and asked and I have hot only apologize from shop manager and they told that they will wash the same cloth and stitch &give..it's really disappointing..worst shop in cuddalore and maybe in other areas too..I have hot cheated just with the name ramraj is for culture dress and it's ruined my marriage..worst part is they didn't even change the product after all this and and just stitched and gave after 20 days...guys, please keep my advice in mind - never ever do wedding shopping at ramraj
Not much of the collection....And the sales people are not that great...But Ramraj's all the releases (models) are available. There should be some customizations of the cost as its in a tier 2 town.
