There is no such good experience in this resort … They are not trusting customers why because while ordering food to room 2-3 times separately they are asking to pay the money each and every time separately and while we ask them for paying together..they told the reply as they don’t have time…and not much options of food to order.. They are not treating customers properly and no such good activities and no

Trust is important .. billing each and individual time for every single room service order is feel uncomfortable.. I never seen such this from any resorts I stayed . I usually spent time and food then paid at the time of checkout . We are not going to run out ..

I stayed in the non-smoking suite room. Room is spacious. Cleanliness is 0. There was cockroaches running around in Toilet. I tried ordering food but it was closed by 10:30. They have a fake menu for 12am snacks for which I tried ordering since they didn't take my dinner order but they said the kitchen is still closed and to order from swiggy or Zomato. I was hungry until 12am for them to inform Kitchen is closed. Frustrating! Room service were asking money for water bottles.

There are 3 parts to this review. 1. Rooms 2. Restaurant 3. Extra curricular activities So we were here to celebrate our friend’s birthday with our families. Now to the different part of reviews. 1. The rooms are actually big and clean but the room service was poor. We had to call the room service multiple times to fix our TV. While they never showed up to my friends room. It took them longer time to prepare our rooms. And even after that they allotted us the room which was not prepared. But thankfully one of the lady personnel’s actually helped us and provided us the room which was clean. The rooms smell of cigarettes. We had to keep our windows open to get rid of the smell. 2. The restaurant, Is actually good but the speed of the service is bad. We were there for more than 2 hours and still struggled to get food in time for lunch. But the dinner which we ordered from the room was quick. On the taste part I don’t have any compaint as they were really good. 3. The place offers lot of activity on website but the only one which you can truly use is the swimming pool. The swimming pools and the changing room are clean and well maintained. The sauna doesn’t work. This place is mostly Famous for the swimming pool which attracts lot of people. The kids play room and area, activity room is not maintained. If your okay with the cigarettes smell

Been here last weekend. checked in at 7 PM instead of 12. Everything was smooth and staff courteous. The rooms were spacious - but bathrooms were old with paints worn-out here & there - clean nevertheless. Breakfast buffet was good as expected. Restaurant staff was courteous too. The buffet side of the restaurant was completely occupied - some other resident took my table despite of me using it & my coffee and other belongings were there. The service person asked me to sit on the other side which was not available during the breakfast. had a nice pool view - they should keep this place open during breakfast. Also my toddler son had a very terrifying experience - he got locked up inside the room despite the door not being locked.. we were struggling to open the door from the outside with the door lever/handle not working - we only managed to get the door opened with the housekeeping help. Overall a good stay which can be better.

We wanted to try a resort for baby birthday and first time visiting the place. Ambience was good..banquet hall was spacious and great for family/friends gathering. Food is top notch. Everyone should try the resort and don’t go by old resort reviews.

Good resort for a day outing. Breakfast options are quite good, rooms are decent, it's an old property but well maintained. Swimming pool, washrooms are clean. Its a good place if you just want to swim on hot days and stay inside the rooms.
