We had the worst experience ever. We booked the slot and paid an advance 3 days in advance to shift from Kalyan to Pune. As per their confirmation message it was supposed to be 3 people and shifting time was 9:00 AM. The packing staff cam before time , but only 2 people came. We did not complain about that..by 10:30 am we were all packed and our furniture was at the main gate. Then we waited for the truck. We followed up, we were told 5 minutes, again 5 minutes, again 5 minutes. We waited till 1 pm and then we got an update that the truck would come in 5 minutes and they shared the truck driver number . We called him and he said he is in Dadar and will take him another 2 and half hours. It was when we told the packers , they understood that they misunderstood the driver and thought he was at Khadakpada when the driver said Kumberpada or something like that. After much follow up and fighting , and even telling them that we no longer need their services, another 407 truck came around 2:30 PM and it was loaded by 4:00 pm. We made the part payment and 2000 was pending which was supposed to be paid after unloading. After that the truck driver said he will only go through the old highway which was showing 6 hours at that time in maps. We requested the Raje packers to at least tell the truck driver to take us through the Express way to at least help compensate all the time they delayed. He replied and I quote " 6 hours late hogaya na abi, thoda aur late hua tho kya farak padega" . This was the most unprofessional words that a service provider can say , who has no regard for the time of the customer. They record all their calls and I too started the recording while on the call , informing him and giving him the summary of all the issues we faced and he told that statement on that call and still denied to help us even a bit by telling the driver to take through the express way. Then we personally paid an extra 500 to the truck driver and told him to take us through the Express way and because of which we reached pune by 9 PM . The unloading staff came at 9:45 pm, even when we had updated them when we reached lonavala itself. They were throwing the boxes while putting them down and dropping one box on the other as they were frustrated that it was very late and their home was in Chikali. Before even completing the work or unloading they wanted to know how much tip we will give. They also said that the owner of Raje packers had told them to take the pending payment first as we were frustrated and they thought we will not pay the pending 2000 rs. While booking, they said the people will unload and unwrap and take the package material etc.... in our situation we were behind them because the moment we move they were literally throwing the boxes even on water. They dragged the bed furniture on the floor so hard that there were lines and marks on the tiles , they bumped it on the wall corner and took out a piece of the cement. Nothing that was promised was done. After literally fighting with them at midnight to give the service that they had promised, without us having any food since morning they completed everything at around 12 am and we were forced to tip them also , so that they will leave. I understand there could be operational issues like transport on such a business, but it is how you communicate that to the customer and what you do for them to help out of that situation that qualifies a service not focusing on just the payment. When they visited us to take the booking they spoke so well and continuously said that the service is their main thing and there will be no issues, we were fools to believe.Had they communicated properly about the delay in transport, then we would have atleast not packed the Gas Stove and Fan and made some arrangements. I am only sharing this so that they will atleast not repeat the behaviour with anyone. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Ashok Sahu and Rajkumar Sahu with their team did a fantastic job of moving my entire office from Suburbs to Town. Kudos to the team!
