Ramavilaas Textiles, the most reliable, reasonable, committed and with great souls like Mr Chandru to attend to international customer needs. 16 June 2024 was fathers’ day as well as the day of my daughter’s wedding in Malaysia. In mid May 2024 after looking at Rajavivaha’s site, we decided to give the angavasthiram (temple wear) thundu for the daddies attending the wedding. The thundus looked impressive and priced reasonably. We also wanted a label attached on each thundu stating happy Father’s Day and thank you from the bride and groom. On 17 May 2024, Mr Chandru from Rajavivaha contacted. Very humble and patient young man. Originally ordered 1000 pcs and the price was cheaper than that was was on their site. On 22 we confirmed the order for only 600 pcs (but the price was not increased); next day we transferred the deposit; in about a week or so, the labels were done and stitched to each thundu, packed individually in a plastic and transported. We tracked the courier and the expected delivery was 17 June 2024. We were anxious. Mr Chandru reassured me that it’ll arrive by 13 June and it did arrive in good condition as promised. Mr Chandru was in constant contact with me all the time to relieve my anxiety. நல்ல மனிதன் 🙏 On 16 June on Father’s Day, when we wore it for all daddies who attended the wedding, they were very stunned with the welcome and gave thumbs up 👍 My thumbs up 👍 goes to Mr Chandru and to Rajavivaha for taking so much efforts for even a small order like mine. It shows their 💯% commitment.
