Poor customer service. Don't buy.. Warranty is a fake..Incase of any issue in Electric bike they asking money for service

Don't buy benling e bikes from them, i bought bike from Thanjavur branch. I gave battery services to them on May 2022 till now I didn't get the battery. They are giving irresponsible answer and saying go to court. Pls 🙏 friends don't buy to them.

Don’t buy their bike I bought bike from them, recently they closed in Thanjavur so I called them for service their response was irresponsible.
