Needs a lot of improvement. Walls need repainting. No cellular signal. Staff and security are very good though.

Tough security but helpful. Common areas are neat. Residential space adequate. Not too convenient though for visitors with cars - park at your own risk outside. Who you?

The surrounding area is good. There is lots of restaurants near. The buildings are old. Slow services with a parking area.

Great location to malls, supermarket, schools, and LRT. Friendly staff. However the elevator at Tower 3 is perpetually in need of fix,and some tenants are not acquianted with the ethics of condo living
