The cashier doesn’t care and accompanying clients, fact that this was my first time here. She also doesn’t discuss about the services that needed too. That’s low quality of service.

Crowded at any time during weekends even opening time at 6am. Other than 1hr+ waiting times, it's very near residential areas and quite convenient.

Very convenient place to do your laundry. 24/7 operations. Parking space for customers. Price is a bit high, but what can you expect being near Makati CBD. Service is quite efficient eventhough usually they only have 1 staff. Some of the foreigner customers are a bit rude and thinks they should go first than others. Air-conditioning is a challenge sometimes.

PRICE: Quite reasonable. Their lowest is 60Php for 6.5 kgs. They have 6.5 , 8 and 10-kg machines. PLACE: They have SOFAS for comfortable waiting and they have outlets for your gadgets. They also have WIFI though I never had to use it. THEY LACK FOLDING AREAS. they only have that narrow area which really couldn't accommodate the flock of costumers even in the middle of the night. WAITING TIME: I went there at midnight and I STILL HAVE TO QUEUE for God knows how long. needs the right timing. I only have time at night to do laundry so I really couldn't tell the best time to go. TIP: Allow a 1 - 2 kg allowance in your laundry when choosing machine sizes. So if you have around 5kg of laundry, your clothes would be happier with the 8-kg, or depending on how you're particular with the cleanliness. They have 3 modes of cleaning which I guess would correlate to the amount of water being poured in. I like their laundry trays. I wouldn't have to carry my stuff around.
