Always ask for receipt. I went here (07.26.17) for laundry and was told by the staff that I didn't pay last time I was there (07.21.17). They're claiming that it says "unpaid" on their log book but we're pretty sure we paid. But I have no receipt to show them that I paid last time. So I had to pay them twice. It's weird because they ask for payment before they start the machines, and then they claim I hadn't paid them on my next visit? The whole laundry process takes about 1.5 hrs and they didn't ask us for payment during our waiting time? They say "thank you" when we left and later realize we haven't paid yet? Insane service. Ask for receipt so you don't get ripped off.

I think all washing machine units are working unlike the Maginhawa branch. Here, you don't need to be on a queue to wait for your turn.

This Quicklean branch is not crowded. There's no AC though, and they don't accept the Kleancard so no rebates. Still, good if you want to wash clothes without the long lines. UPDATE: I'm upgrading my rating to 5 stars for the attentive service by the lone staff.
