Was very disappointed. We got to our room, and the smell from the bathroom was unbearable. It smelt like sewerage. We had to go out and buy a plug in airfreshener. I believe there was a blocked drain. Not impressed that there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. There's a notice saying to keep all doors closed when showering as the steam sets of the fire alarm. And there's a charge of $1800 if the fire dept gets called out. I've never heard of anything so ridiculous.

I found that the hotels inviting atmosphere and serene surroundings created the perfect backdrop for quality time together. Whether we chose to relax in a comfortable room, explore the local area, or simply enjoy each other's company while taking in the stunning views, the Quest offered a peaceful and enjoyable place for my friends and I to stay. The staff was attentive and ready to assist ensuring our group was as comfortable as we could be. With its tranquil ambiance and opportunities for bonding and relaxation, the Quest was an ideal destination for creating cherished memories with my friends. Will definitely be returning if I’m ever in Wagga again.
We booked studio apartment at Quest Wagga for June long weekend. Booking process, check in and check out were simple and easy. Location is very good; within walking distance to the city centre and major attractions, but very tranquil and quiet. Service was very good. Kitchenette and all appliances are good. Couple suggestions to improve customer experience. Increase a hot water pressure in the shower; it (the hot water pressure) is good in washing basins, but below adequate in the shower. We assumed the studio is design for 2 people. But it has only small (family size pizza box) coffee table, one chair and one small ottoman. For our next visit to Wagga we'll consider one-bedroom apartment.
The building is shielded from the traffic noise you would expect at such a central location, so it is very quiet. The rooms were clean, modern and practical. The one-bedroom in particular is quite spacious. The price was reasonable. And the beds were very comfortable. But I am most happy with the service. We have a 10-month old baby, and one of the staff members, Deb, took the initiative, without being asked, to make sure we would have a good stay. She solved in advance problems we didn’t realise we would have. The result was one of the easiest, most comfortable stays we have had in memory. The baby slept through the whole night!
Great self contained room with the amenities needed including laundry area. Reception staff are lovely and rooms were clean. Lovely sitting area in the room, so suited to groups/families.
