Great place to stay. Friendly staff and really convenient location 💫 I could go to crows nest for breakfast, lunch, dinner and got my haircut done at Omalia which was really relaxing, walk to royal north shore for check up and also go to fitness first for some exercising in clean and modern environment. 100% recommend stay at this place. Will be back again soon x
Overpriced for a shoebox (clean and tidy hence the 2 stars) with no food options (don’t both downloading the app, it’s useless and no info in room). A nice coffee plunger but what’s the point even when I am here for 5 days there is no no coffee and they store their crockery on the closet?!?! How is that hygienic??? Stay in the CBD or just over the bridge for way better value and actually get a restaurant and or room service.
When a hotel experience is perfect there isn't much to say. That's the situation here. Never any issues. Very well equipped rooms, clean, a yes to every request. Excellent location 2 minutes from train station and supermarket. Very pet-friendly. Could not recommend it more.
Edit: Staff were quick to respond to me and were helpful in resolving the noise issue. Loudest hotel I've ever stayed in. Constant thumping and banging at all hours of the night. I'm here for the following week for work and really hoping I can cancel for other accommodation. Rooms otherwise okay, staff efficient.
Stayed here as my husband had a specialist appointment. Service was very welcoming. Room spacious and clean. We were central to everything we needed and in walking distance. Rooms had cooking facilities if needed. Would recommend this accommodation and we will be staying again. Only disappointment was, towels are very thin.
