The team at the Quest Singleton have always gone above & beyond during my stays. As a regular traveller it's always appreciated to stay at a hotel where the staff make an effort to get to know you, and do the small things they know you will appreciate. After 2.5 years travelling here frequently I am honestly sad to be leaving. They are a great bunch of people and I truly appreciate everything they have done to make each of my stays a pleasure. This is one of my favourite hotels. Over the past 4 years I’ve spent around 10 months of my life at the Quest Singleton. The staff are fantastic. They are proactive with managing any issues that might arise. Somehow the staff remember me and they always take care to make me feel truly welcome and comfortable. This hotel feels very much like a second home to me now. The kitchen is great, the apartments are spacious and tastefully decorated. It doesn’t matter if it’s Summer or Winter, the split systems keep me warm or cool. The smart tvs are great - I can sign into any streaming service with ease. Good hotel wifi. Great location. This is the only hotel in town that I’ll always keep coming back to. Thank you Quest Singleton staff!
Superb accommodation, very practical for multiple guests. Welcoming staff and really enjoyed our stay. We are repeat guests here.
Very clean, new serviced apartments. I would have loved if there was a gym or treadmill. Staff are very friendly. I look forward to staying here again.
Clean. Modern. Wifi is OK but not as fast as Quest Campbelltown >> they gots the super fast inter webs. Staff very friendly. Great communication. Very helpful. Good parking. Great location.
The room I stayed in was comfortable and warm. Very spacious room, and extra security of doors with your room key. Staff are awesome and friendly. Bed was comfortable but could of used better pillows though. The shower was good but the head of the shower could be bigger for extra pressure. Thanks for making my stay enjoyable.
Excellent choice for riders doing the putty run. Rooms were clean and tidy. Staff is really courteous and helpful. We were riding in a group of 5 and the lady at reception offered to keep our bikes secured inside the back gate. That was very thoughtful. Plenty of cafes at a short distance. Only room for improvement is each room should have air-conditioning.
