A great two night stay. Rooms were in excellent condition and staff were friendly and professional. Very close to restaurants and groceries. I will be coming back again. Thank you Quest Nowra Team

I had a 2 week stay here for work. * The apartment was a good size and homely. I really loved the leafy outlook from the balcony :) * The bed wasn't the most comfortable due to it being 2 single beds made into a queen and likely an old or poor quality mattress. * The bathroom is a good size, has good shower pressure and nice toiletries. * The kitchen was fully appointed - stove, oven and dishwasher. * The room was serviced daily and any updates such as post arriving is provided by reception via text. Kept immaculately clean and my dishes in the dishwasher were even put away or put on. A bit spoilt. * Reception staff were really great. * It was handy to have a gym in the building and great that I was able to use it early morning due to my early work hours. * Just be mindful to bring earplugs since it's on a main street, as you may hear traffic noise. * Smart TV's would be a great addition to the rooms. * Nice and close to local shops. I'd definitely suggest checking out Mamma's Italian Kitchen in Bomaderry. They also have GF and DF options for pizza and pasta, which I loved!

I love this place, I always stay here when I travel for work. It is so clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The beds are comfortable, and the staff are amazing. I cannot wait to bring my family down to stay.

I booked a room to celebrate a birthday. I noted that and mentioned i want a great view. when i booked, i saw the room with balcony, yet i still mentioned nice view just in case. when i arrived, there was no nice view but a room with no balcony facing the main road with the view of an petrol station. i asked for a change. they said they cannot change as there was no clean balcony room available. they said i can change tomorrow but i can’t be bothered to move all my stuffs. I asked for some discount/refund. i heard nothing for the day and I saw a box of canbury chocolate at the door the next day. As i checked out, they said i should have called to ask for availability the day before. they said the management was not in but was informed, yet nothing was done about it except the chocolate. very disappointing and i won’t be back plus i wont recommend to anyone. customer service was just bad.

I couldn't believe people were saying the rooms were clean; this may be fine for an overnight corporate stay but my sheet was stained, the mirror had white drippings on it and the tables were dusty even by hotel standards. Also the locks on the doors are flimsy to say the least, no chains or security. The room doors are also very close to each other with three rooms in an enclosed half meter alcove, so if someone else comes in or out the alcove lights up and it sounds like someone is trying to enter your room. The staff were lovely and I can understand why people stay here, if this is a business stay the bed is comfortable and the size is fine: if you are a woman alone staying for leisure elsewhere may suit your purposes better.
