The staff

Great location near the interchange station, has the essentials, room was really basic. No topper for the bed, so it had the classic mattress to mattress seam, which honestly just sucks. In saying that, the body wash smelt amazing. Sometimes, it's the little things. Had to pay extra for a couple of towels though. Anyway, to sum up it's in a decent spot, because it's beside the station, but there has to be somewhere with better features for the same money.

Very helpful, friendly accommodating team here. Our reservation with nearby Holiday Inn was cancelled at the absolute last minute without any solution so we called and booked here at Quest. The front of house manager on last Saturday was so polite they made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Would highly recommend. Great central location to downtown and plenty of parking on the street or available to book at the property.

There was one set of toiletries for two people showers twice a day, I requested towels and toiletries and the housekeeping said I will have to speak to reception first then we never received what we requested. Also the little parking dongle no instructions were given how to use, the other couple before us had to run back as well to ask how to use and it’s not practical during check out we need to go back inside again to drop it off.

The West Newcastle studio apartment we stayed in, was unique with it’s inclusion of prior brewery heritage architecture. The room was spotless and the Quest staff were very accomodating and friendly. Gated parking was available at extra charge. Exploring the area on foot is recommended, as it’s not far from some great bars and cafe’s. We’ll definitely be back next time we are in Newcastle.

Travelled here with a netball team for a night. The rooms were very spacious, clean and well equipped! The staff were very attentive and supplied breakfast for a very reasonable price. We were very happy with our experience and highly recommend :) we were sad we couldn’t stay longer!
