⸻ Excellent Stay – Highly Recommend! I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was spotless, well-furnished, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the little touches, like complimentary bottled water and quality toiletries. The location was convenient—close to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The on-site amenities like the fitness center and breakfast buffet were top-notch. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I’ll definitely be returning!

I had a fantastic stay at Quest Liverpool. The location is super convenient—just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around a breeze. The room was spotless, modern, and had all the amenities I needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. Highly recommend this place if you're visiting the area!

We arrived to find broken glass shards through out the suit. We found personally 4 pieces and then they came to vacuum and you could hear the glass as it hit the inside of the vacuum, there were soo many! We were advised to wear slippers which we didn’t bring and then we were informed they would get us some to protect our feet … w never got slippers and kept checking our feet all night for shards of glass! The curtains leading out to the balcony had blood splatters on them from pervious guests. They have this note leave the towels on the floor if you need new ones which we did. Came back to find the room hadn’t even been serviced. First day it was serviced the other days it was not. We were there from Friday and left Monday. They were kind enough to allow us to have access to the room after we had to change in the restroom in toilet stalls as we had somewhere to be. After all this the place would have been great if they went the extra mile but they failed miserably. I do not recommend this place at all

I stay here every month and must say I keep coming back for a reason. The rooms are really nice and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook. The studios are spacious and the 1 bedrooms are awesome and have a good balcony size. The staff are soo friendly and welcoming and always willing to help. Its also very close to the station.

We stayed at Quest Liverpool for 5 nights whilst my brother was having surgery at Liverpool Hospital. Firstly, we requested rooms near the lift....we were allocated rooms furthest away from lift however, we were offered rooms closer and advised it would be noisy. On the first night I was sitting watching TV and a random man came into our room. It scared me! Apparently he stayed in the room the night prior and was an issue with the card! The GM did call and apologised and gave us free parking for the duration of our stay. This could of been a very different outcome. Some staff are friendly but, overall not very friendly or welcoming. One morning we had housekeeping knocking on our door at 9am! Checkout time isn't until 10. Location is good if you have a reason to go to Luverpool hospital however, don't expect empathy from staff.

After staying at Quest Olympic Park it was horrible but I thought I would give the Quest at Liverpool a go hoping it was much better. But how wrong I was. For what we paid for the self contained apartment I was so disappointed. 1. I Found a massive piece of knotted hair on the kitchen bench. I left it there for the following day to see if the cleaner would clean the bench giving the cleaner a chance to clean thinking the cleaner had a bad day and missed it. But how wrong I was it was left on the bench for a second time. 2. The curtains OMG I wanted to vomit when I saw the lining of the curtains they were so stained and dirty it was disgusting. 3. After a fire alarm went off and we were all at the designated spot to wait, no staff were seen, no staff even counted heads to make sure every one was out. it may have been a false alarm but what happens if it was the real thing. 4. The washing machine stuck of mold, the dryer lint and other tray was disgustingly dirty. 5. I knew we had to pay for parking but why do hotels pay for parking when you pay a fortune for the accommodation 2/2 stays at the quest never again will I book a stay at the Quest hotel any where ever again.

Arrived out of hours and was welcomed by a friendly gentleman who offered some helpful tips & knowledge about the area. The room was great value for money and the bed was comfortable. Decent shower pressure and temperature didn't fluctuate. Will definitely stay again.
