Lovely apartment style hotel, the desk staff were super friendly and the room itself was a very spacious and well cleaned studio, at the same luxury level as other big name brands. Very convenient location for Chatswood. Would definitely stay again

Disappointing experience. No milk provided for tea and coffee. Stayed 2 nights no room service no replacement towels etc. Broken draw to bedside table.Only one electronic room key provided. I had to exercise I.e. morning walk. My partner was left in the dark. Despite being a regular customer for over a 6 month period on a weekly basis. No loyalty shown at all. I was charged premimium rate for a basic ordinary room. A very disappointing experience. I will make other arrangements when coming to Sydney again.

Room was not cleaned properly. Room door was loose and noisy. Reception was very nice and location is great.

Very professional and helpful staff during our stay. Will definitely consider this place again for stay. Specifically front staff on 14th sep night was too helpful. Thank you

I enjoyed my stay and i was able to relax after a long trip from melbourne. The room was great and the location was close to the shops so it was very convenient.
