Quest Canberra City Walk

This is our preferred place to stay in Canberra. Fantastic location and the accommodation is lovely. The staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Apart from the fantastic location to shops etc, the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were clean and very comfortable with everything we needed and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet. Definitely will be staying here again

I had to give one star review but would love to give zero. I would just like to warn anyone who stays at this place to be aware of when they scam $100 and have them saying it’s a security hold deposit for your stay and will be refunded at the end, however it has been nearly 2 weeks since my stay and I have not yet received my $100 back. I called and the customer service is just awful, she was so rude and speaking over the top of myself when I tried to explain my problem. They have said they can’t do anything about so be careful you don’t get scammed

the property considers guests as potential thiefs and takes deposit. and it is not the cheapest hotel! :-( we've traveled a lot across Australia and have never seen such an attitude towards the guests. You can find much better place for the price!

Booked room a half hour before I arrived through bookings. On arrival no parking available at motel and suggested parking was to low for my car. Nobody could give me an alternative car parking space so I had to leave and stay somewhere else. Spoke to manager and they said I would be able to get money back. No luck with this either, Bookings and Quest are not accepting responsibility for not offering a service. Very disappointing for both a large multi million companies.

I had a pleasant night in this hotel. The room is modern and spacious, comes with a full size kitchen. Location is steps away from Canberra centre shopping area and interchange bus station. Staffs are very friendly too.

Great location for staying in Canberra. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Great apartment, spacious and clean. Definitely recommend and we would stay here again.
