Always great cleaning spot on and service is top level

I'm in room 903A and this is the state of the shower floor. It's putrid. Full of mould. Not cleaned properly at all. I've never been in this room and it is the worst room I've stayed in here so far. Please do not put me in this room again. I don't even want to use this bathroom in case I catch something.

The one bedroom apartment was very clean and a good river view. Good customer service by Gabrielle. The staff go above and beyond. Always a pleasure to deal with.

I was on a work trip and checked in on the Saturday. Robin was on the desk and he was just a delight. So helpful with directions and just welcoming. Room was very clean and tidy. Within walking distance to court and the city

Great quiet location and beautiful views. Wonderful staff and close to restaurants and Coles. Newly renovated with lovely comfy beds and stylish furnishings. Would stay again.

So nice to have welcoming staff in reception that always make conversation with you. The location is perfect, close to shops and food and the ambience of the river right on your doorstep. The rooms are lovely, clean and modern and I loved the office desk which made it easy to work from the room.

Staff were great and apartment was of a high standard. Location was fantastic - on the river and close to eateries and entertainment. Underground secure parking was a bonus.

The Quest has absolutely beautiful apartments. The staff are super friendly from the maintenance man to the desk people. They cater to people with disabilities, the rooms are spacious and spotlessly cleaned. Will definitely stay there again, if we get the chance to.
