My partner and I travelled from QLD on our way through to Melbourne. After a long day driving, it was such a relief to find our accommodation not too far off the highway! The room was a very comfortable size, especially for the two of us and our two dogs, and surprisingly very quiet overnight too. Simple, comfortable, pet-friendly accommodation with lovely receptionists. We’ll definitely be back!

Our stay was perfect!! :) The apartment was very clean, the bed was comfortable and all the services were working properly. The staff was extremely helpful and patient, the location is great and strategic to visit Sydney, the blue mountains, the coast and so many other beautiful places. It is extremely recommended!

I stayed here with my partner and two dogs while traveling Australia. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable, however the walls were paper thin and we could hear pretty much everything……. 👀

We stayed in an accessible room as my husband is in a power wheelchair. The furniture made it very difficult for him to navigate the space. The beds were the worst we had ever slept on. The wire along the edge of the mattresses kept digging into us and the rest of the mattress was so soft that I ended up with severe back pain. We had to seperate the mattresses to try and make space for him to get around the bed. Even then they doubled up the huge quilt which proved to be beyond heavy so we slept with just the sheet. The 'accessible' shower was okay but the poor excuse for a shower curtain which was not wide enough to cover the entire frame and was thinner than a tissue, meant the whole bathroom became a water way. The toilet was possibly fit for a child and very low and small for an accessible bathroom. The allotted disabled parking spots are fine however the fact that one side of them was lined with linen trolleys, and the other side is a thoroughfare for cars to pass through, meant they were not wide enough to be able to open your door fully and get a wheelchair user out. We only stayed here out of desperation and tried to change to another hotel but there were no vacancies. We would not recommend Quest Campbelltown to anyone needing accessible accommodation.

We had a great time at Quest! The family-friendly setup with multiple spaces was awesome. The beds were super comfy, and having a kitchen made life easy. Quest made our family trip enjoyable, and we'll be back for sure!
