Deposit took a while to come off but it eventually did. Pool was closed which was a major bummer. Room was nice and clean but the air had a hard time keeping up. It was hot though…

Upon check in, had to move to 2nd floor room due to carpet being wet with the refrigerator being in the middle of the floor. Room phone were not working. Bathroom doors had to be pushed, really hard to close. Due to uneven tiling. Pool was closed..90+degree weather. Keys needed re-programming every time you tried to enter room. Had to lift my knee scooter to get on elevator due to uneven plates on threshold. Brown plastic bag looking covers on the cushions on sleep sofa bed. Horrible experience.

Upon arrival, the first room we received, had wet carpet with the fridge in the middle of the floor. We moved to the second floor. Key cards needed to be re-programmed, EVERY time we tried to enter the room. The phones in the rooms were not working. Bathroom door needed to be pushed, with strength, to close it, due to uneven tiling. The pool was closed in 90+degree weather. I was on a knee scooter and had to lift it to get over the elevator doors metal plate. Horrible experience.

I gave this place 3 stars rather than 1 or 2 because the staff were professional and the place was clean, but it really needs a facelift. Everything is a bit shabby (e.g., torn carpet, battered furniture), the exercise room was small and unimpressive, and the pullout bed in our "suite," complete with the sagging mismatched seat cushions, was in sad shape (to put it politely).

The sofa in the room needed to be replaced. I sank so far down I could barely get up. The bed however was comfortable. Covid is over enough to reopen the pool and spa.
