I love it here- just make sure all maintenance is done before you move in! Office ladies are awesome! Pool is beautiful!!

Pros: quail springs location location Cons: I pay $30 a month for trash to live next to a literal dump. Insulation is terrible. There have been 3 sprinkler leaks since I've been here. Two of which forced us to tear the carpet up and leave industrial fan running 24/7 not using half the apartment. Afterwards the pipes were hardly insulated. AC is weak and has to run all day long. I keep the thermostat at 78 and it cannot keep up or stay off for more than 5 minutes. Maintenance says this is normal even though our electric bill is around $200. They also commented on this review for feedback and have ignored all my emails. Also worth mentioning that they raised my rent 50% for 'renovations' and lied by saying the counters weren't in when there was an entire storage unit of countertops in the garage attached to my building.

Words aren't good enough to describe my move in experience at Quail Landing. The 3 ladies in the office(Kim, Illiana, and Shanelle) were so kind and helpful through the whole process. Not only did they make my move in easy and smooth, they treated my like family. Also, I decided to rent a washer and dryer and the gentlemen that brought them by was courteous as well. It's by far the best time I've had getting an apartment. If you're in the market right now for an apartment, I definitely recommend you coming by and checking them out.

Very beautiful, quiet community. The detached garages are one of my favorite things about the complex that you don't see everywhere. The office staff are always so helpful and go out of your way to feel comfortable. You can tell the manager really cares about the residents here. I came in to put a work order in and witnessed an interraction with her and a resident. It was heart warming.

Been here a week mind you sink already backed up. Have called 4 times put in online work request 3times. And explained to Shanel that my sink stopped up not draining tried to fix it myself but water is coming up from the sewer. Also came and repaired a uneven counter but no one had came back to patch up the floor board or retouch the paint. I’m home due to having a heart attack and this is by far stressful and I shouldn’t be dealing with this. Just want my kitchen sink working so I can eat and clean my kitchen without waiting hours for the water to drain out the sink. Mind you these are from different days starting last week 6/28/22-7/2/22 management don’t care nor does s anybody in the offoce
