The website was easy to look at and purchase from. The package arrived promptly and again well packaged . The earrings are stunning. I have a necklace and earrings I purchased from Vanessa’s shop in Whitehorse and I adore her work. These earrings are amazing. I also got a lovely gift with purchase . Fabulous experience! And even more fabulous product and care into it!
The appearance of the store and the friendliness of the store owners
Bought lovely bonded bracelets with charms. I love the selection of chains and charms available. The customer service was amazing.

Beautiful, unique products. At affordable prices
I own 10+ pieces of VA jewelry including earrings, necklaces, and some bond bracelets! I love the quality, the story behind the store, the commitment to sourcing ethically harvested fur and of course the amazing entrepreneurial women (plus George!) who work there!

I had difficulties trying to decide on colour as erring was for 🎁. The girl was very helpful and it made me feel like a real customer. Will definitely will shop there again. Love the way your items are displayed. Extremely, nice.

We visited the new Skagway store on a day trip and had the opportunity to talk to George. He shared his passion for his culture and offered the most beautiful descriptions of how all materials are ethically sourced and created by his wife, Vanessa. We chose to spend our Canadian dollars in Canada and visited the Whitehorse store to purchase 2 beautifully handcrafted wool toques. Vanessa was lovely! Personable, funny and genuine. I’m almost excited for winter so I can wear my beautiful new toque. Thank you!
