Sean the security tech came out today and did an great and amazing job on the security service he provided for my home. He was quick and excellent at the work and craft he did. Definitely wish I can rate him 10 out of 10 stars.
Mr. Sean W did an outstanding job installing our security system; as well as taking time to fully explain/demonstrate how to use the app/device. Security system installed on a new build. Everything is working just as it is supposed to. The wire free sensors are a big plus.
I recently decided to upgrade my doorbell cam and after following step by step instructions from the mfg. and repeatedly troubleshooting the install, I threw my hands up swallowed my pride and contacted QEI for guidance. I almost immediately got a call back from Mr. Samuel Wood - Area Manager who knew exactly my issue and took care of it. Following his instructions that he also sent by email I was able to install the new device without any issues. Thanks to Mr Wood and QEI for your excellent professional service !
