I recently purchased my property through Pymm & Co and dealt with Amber. She did a great job and kept me well informed throughout the process. It was my first property and the process was both seamless and stress free. Not only that, but I also received a lovely hamper when I collected the keys - such a nice touch! From start to finish our experience with Pymm & Co. Estate Agents has been great. The first initial meeting with Nico was informative but not pushy. We were happy to go with our no obligation quote on the day. Viewings were always organised with us in mind, and we were happy to do the few out of hours. Thank you to Theresa and the other lady (apologies I can't remember your name) for the viewings and tips. Leon and Fiona in the office were always a great help. As was Rachel post offer agreement, she was always so helpful in contacting between us and our buyers making communication so much easier. She was brilliant at keeping us informed at every step of the way. Would highly recommend this estate agent. The whole team were really supportive throughout the whole process.

As first time buyers we had no idea what to expect but he kept us updated regularly, explained everything to us in detail, and generally made the whole process as stress free as possible. Nothing was too much trouble and any he was happy to help us with any questions we had no matter what they were. We couldn't thank him enough and we even got a lovely welcome hamper when we collected the keys which we thought was a nice touch.
Good experience throughout the selling process. The photography was true to reality unlike some of the 'stretched' images you often see on sales material. The team were always very responsive and accessible. I never had to chase for anything. Rachel was our main contact for the sale and was brilliant. Whenever we had a question, Rachel was very quick to provide an initial response, even if that was simply to advise that she was working on it and would get back to us. We really appreciated that level of engagement from Rachel. This really helped build our confidence and more importantly our trust in Rachel as our main contact at Pymm&Co. We are left with a good impression and would recommend to others.
