Called PP for a quote and they managed to pop around the next day on very little notice. The quote was provided quickly and without any "hard sell" tactics trying to get a close before they left; just arrived, checked it out, gave the quote and left. Managed to get the requested service completed the next day even. New hot water installed in around 4ish hours at a cost which was just over half of what a competitor quoted. Would recommend!
