I paid 75£ for hygienist, BUT!!! OLD OLD Fashioned equipments, I was shocked, NO AIR FLOW , no proper polishing of each tooth! It was my first time at this clinic due to new location, old seat, the lady “brushed” my teeth 1-2 minutes , usually doctors are “brushing” or “polishing” about 15-20 minutes and doing it nicely with each single tooth. How can you charge 75£ for such old 80s methods???? How this clinic has license for such treatments? It’s rubbery and very unprofessional. I am saying so because I have lots of place to compare to!
I haven’t been too fond of going to the dentists since a long time mainly because of the over sensitivity after the treatment. After experiencing a lot of pain in my teeth recently, I decided to visit this dental practice right next door to my workplace. I am ever so grateful to Dr Khan and his team who listened very attentively to the issues I’d been having and made me feel I was in safe hands. It has been a couple of weeks since my treatment and my mouth feels healthier than it has ever been! The recommended toothpaste has worked wonders and I am delighted with the results!
I have just seen Amanda Vass for a couple of fillings , she was fabulous. Explaining everything she was going to do . It was can I say a pleasant experience. Surgery was so clean . Covid regs in place . Her Nurse was also very experienced and pleasant to chat too . I’m now completely out of pain . If your lucky enough to get to see Amanda I’d definitely recommend her . Reception staff also very friendly and highly professional.
I’ve been going to this dentist for a few years now with my family. I am happy with the service in the past but during the pandemic they essentially told my family unless we pay they don’t want us as patients. They also never referred me to hospital for dental work ( this was 5 years ago now) and I am now having to suffer with wisdom teeth growing through, constant infections because of it and broken teeth. I had one dentist in there that was arguing with me about the anti-epilepsy medication I was taking. He was adamant that it didn’t cause issues with teeth which it does. He also did a terrible job on a filling to cover a broken molar. So if you’re NHS, don’t go here because I think they only care about money.
