While living in Sevenoaks Mark has done lots plumbing and heating work for us. He is very reliable, very knowledgable and his work is good quality. His website means it is easy to book appointments. He always sorted us out quickly.
Nice and easy online booking system with good availability of appointments. They've fixed a few things for us and done all our servicing and we've always been really impressed by the friendly and quality service provided.
Absolutely superb service from Pure Plumbers. Showed up exactly when they said they would, extremely polite and knowledgable. I said to them I thought I might need a central heating pump replaced (which I'd costed at c.£350 + labour) which was going to be expensive, however Pure Plumbers were able to solve the problem within an hour by topping up the system and balancing the radiators, saving me >£400 I suspect. Could not recommend them enough. Thank you
I had two terrible experiences with Mark. He forgot to order parts, failed to complete agreed work, left us without an oven for four weeks etc. When I asked him to complete the job we agreed he simply refused and insisted on payment for the half-finished job. There are plenty of great tradespeople around so no need to use the cowboys!
