It's a great family-friendly hotel, not too far away from Jakarta. We had a fantastic stay throughout, esp. with the variety of activities there. To top the experience off, we were fortunate enough to get some complimentary photos from Holipic Photo. They take you to various pretty spots around the hotel and helped you take many great photos. Highly recommended and definitely among the highlight of our stay! Check them out when you stay in Pullman Ciawi :)
Huge place with a lot of potentials. Plus: Excellent if you have kids 4yo+ since they have loads of activities. Excellent room quality. Most staff are very friendly. Room service foods are good. Need to be improved: PeduliLindungi was not enforced with discipline when I was there as guests ignored the procedure and staff was not enforcing it. Contrast to the room service foods, the breakfast experience was mediocre as foods were mostly cold.. although selections were plenty, it tastes rather average.
The service was good, hotel area was very nice. The food selection were so many and taste good. If you have kids, highly recommend to take the deluxe pool access. The gym has a nice ambience, thanks to coach Andy for giving a good PT session. Best part was Pullman Ciawi has the jogging track and nature walk to paddy field. Surely will be one of my getaway hotel for relaxing. Thanks Pullman Ciawi
Came here last weekend for my 2nd visit. Only this time I came with my large family, ordered 4 rooms with many requests as we are also traveling with a baby and toddler. This time around is different compared to my last visit, few things I wanted to mention: 1. Room arrangements: As I have requested early on to have reservations with nearby/adjacent rooms - it was partially fulfilled as 1 room was separated on another floor. 2. Room amenities: One room had empty bottle of shampoo & soap. My sister was in the middle of her shower. Yikes! 3. Breakfast: Many of the food is average, dislike the pastry hence they were like frozen croissants / danish. Not fresh. Limited fresh juice. 4. Room noise: There’s a family above our floor with bad behaviors of running around at 10pm, luckily the Duty Manager (Stephanie) came to warn them TWICE to keep them quiet. 5. Hotel facility: Everything was superb! We enjoyed the facility and tried on every single one, this is very memorable for us. Tried every restaurant in the premise, everything was OK. 6. Staff: Friendly and helpful staff, we couldn’t complain. Keep it up! Will come back again for more nights, but I do wish for the Hotel to improve on the things I mentioned above.
Good hotel, friendly staff, good variety of food served for breakfast. Family friendly, the hotel provide various activity for kids. Have some issue with ants (colony) inside the room, also a bit slow respons for room service which is tolerable due to fasting period and occupancy. We booked 4 pool access room which is recommended for family, if you travel with kids kindly ask the hotel to book room near to breakfast place, as they have more than one pool. Or else, look after the other side. Overall experience was good and would come back again in the future.
