My parents have worked with them for over 2 years now and they have been great. They work really hard to make sure my folks are healthy, happy, and at ease with the team. The caregivers all seem really dedicated and treat my parents with dignity and respect. They are really good at what they do!
I was extremely pleased with the service provided. The aides were professional and provided excellent assistance. I was impressed that someone came the same evening we called after leaving the hospital from shoulder surgery. There was never a time when someone did not show up. The aides not only assisted me but provided much encouragement to become independent. I would highly recommend this service to anyone who wishes to have excellent care!
The staff at Professional Assistance for Seniors is incredible. Everyone is very professional yet compassionate, caring, and real. The home health aides are well-trained and committed. In addition, the schedulers are patient and competent in communicating changes. Management is accessible and always there to listen. Our mom is now in an assisted living facility but we will always be thankful for the care, wisdom, and commitment of the aides during the year mom was home. It took a lot of patience and at times, creativity to work with her as dementia slowly took over her reasoning ability. My sisters and I highly recommend Professional Assistance for Seniors.
We recently relied on Home Instead for help with our mother's recovery from hip surgery and then, immediately afterward, our father's desire for hospice care at home. The HI people are wonderful, very professional, and kind. It was a real pleasure and a crucial help in providing our father with the comfort and attention he needed in his last days. We will always be grateful.
I have now been working for this company for 1 year and am so happy to say so. They have gone above and beyond to make me feel like more than an employee. I feel like they are my second family. Always helping me meet my clients need as well as my own. They will always let you know of a job well done as well as when a client says the same. And my clients are amazing people of different backgrounds and history but I have become close with them as well and care for them as my own family. I look forward to many more years working with professional assistance for seniors and with our amazing clients.
