You sold me a car that appears to have had serious issues before I purchased it. After the transmission failed, I learned that the vehicle had previously been through Enterprise, which leads me to question whether the damage occurred before it was sold to me. I haven’t even owned this car for a year, and now I’m facing a major repair. I also purchased an extended warranty, but it has provided little to no help in resolving this situation. It’s extremely disappointing when a customer trusts a dealership and spends hard-earned money to provide reliable transportation for their family, only to end up in a situation like this. I believe businesses should operate with honesty and integrity, and unfortunately, my experience has left me feeling misled and let down. I was also supposed to receive a follow-up call, but I never heard back from anyone. That only makes me think they got the information they needed and decided it wasn’t their problem anymore. Unfortunately, that’s not how you treat people. When businesses treat people this way, it eventually catches up with their reputation. They talk really nice and make all the right promises, but looking back, I feel like I was misled. They were more concerned with making a sale than making sure they were selling a reliable vehicle. Once the paperwork was signed and the problems started showing up, the customer service seemed to disappear. You took my money, but when a serious problem arose, I was left to deal with it on my own. This experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and financially draining. You should be ashamed of the way this situation has been handled. If I could give this dealership a -5-star rating, I would. I would not recommend anyone spend their hard-earned money here. Buyers beware.

The vehicle was purchased almost a year ago and within that year you have put over 3 years wort of miles on it. The amount of time you own a car doesn't compare to the amount of miles you put on it. You put almost 40,000 miles on a vehicle in under a year which is almost unheard of. Any vehicle that exists on earth is going to start having problems if you treat it like a workhorse. We supplied you with a 2 year / 24,000 mile warranty and you almost doubled that in under a year. That isn't a car issue, that's a owner issue.
