Jay has been available and supportive through the whole process of getting the car I chose. Even though I purchased an inexpensive vehicle, he still treated me as a priority. You’re blessed to have him as your Sales Manager. I watched him hustle as people came in all at once and he still cared about every person on the lot and was working to make everyone feel they were important. Keep him around 10 stars on a 5 star rating scale. :)

Driving by and stopped in just to see what they had. I was helped by Jay and Josh. Great couple of guys who could answer any questions I had. Also, great to have guys who knew the cars and knew anything you needed to know. Nice variety of cars. Will be back!
The truck runs. Only good thing I can say about it. Within 300 miles I’ve had to replace the rear struts they said they would do that weren’t done, the rear brakes need to be completely redone, the tail lights needed to be replaced which were supposed to be taken care of, this truck clearly couldn’t pass a safety inspection. 2 weeks out I’m already 600 out in PARTS.
I bought a car from Adam and a great sales lady. I think her name was Gretchen. Ive driven the car for almost two years now.. The car was a great price and has been very reliable. I would highly recommend Prime Wheels if you are car shopping
I was so super happy with the customer service that Josh and Jay provided to me it was a pleasure getting to know them very respectful understanding my experience with Prime Wheels was the best experience for buying something that has the last me and my children for a while
