Don't waste your time. After calling and asking if they took my insurance, texting my insurance info, uploadoing my insurance info and having my call to discuss my healthy history the day before, at the window on the the day of my appt is when they tell me they don't take my insurance. Unacceptable!!
Please seek other Rheumatologists!!!!!! Don’t even waste your time. The doctor has so many students running his office, that there is no organization. From the moment you get there the receptionist ask you about your current prescriptions. Then you go to the back room just so the student doctor can ask you the same exact questions. They even had to use my personal phone to review my labs instead of looking through the portal. Every time I need labs did, I would have to go pick up the paper orders or he would email them, and I would have to print them at the lab. On one occasion I had to drive way to Richmond( I live an hour away) for a prescription and when I got there he told me he do don’t write prescriptions for that specific medication after I had already been told he would. He does not believe in technology when it comes to sending in results and orders to labs. He wanted me to come see him every month just so he can look in my face and tell me I’m doing fine. He is just money hungry!!!!!!!!! After I stopped going to him for 2 months he decides to contact me threatening me that he would terminate our relationship if I don’t make an appointment in two weeks!!!! How do you threaten a patient? He didn’t know what I had going on, and I didn’t see the need to keep going to his office for pointless visits!!!!!! Please take my advice and seek healthcare someplace else.

I was initially hesitant to see a doctor . Dr Bhatt put me at ease , he listened to me attentively and was very easy to talk with.
Dr Bhatt is very knowledgeable , he discusses all the treatment options with you before prescribing and takes patient preference into account.
