Prime Care Auto is a top notch business The staff is some of the kindest people I’ve come across I know this to be fact , when my daughter had a spur of the moment emergency . A literal moments notice they were able to help my daughter and get her back on the road. The work they did was well worth the cost . We were not taken advantage of and that means a lot . Prime Care Auto will always be appreciated Not just because they were there during my daughter’s emergency (her first auto issue) But honestly because their kindness , their work and their prices beat the norm. Great service, very trustworthy and thorough work explained to me step by step through the process. Gave me a quote and stuck with it, got my car fixed in a week. Best mechanic experience I've ever had, if your car breaks down in Baltimore city or county bring it here. The week before I took my car to Prime Care Auto, it broke down. I got it towed to some shop around where it broke down, they told me all it needed was new spark plugs. I asked if there was anything else wrong with my car, and they told me no. I pick my car up from that shop, then it breaks down again that same night. Check engine light + engine misfiring. Siwan at Prime Care took a look at my engine and explained everything that was wrong and could be causing the misfire, then step by step fixed it giving me calls/sending videos to show and explain the problems. Very reasonably priced and fixed the problem, next time there's anything else I need done to my car I will certainly be bringing it back here.

So first off I wanna start by saying this is the best experience I’ve ever had with any shop. When the engine blew in my bmw 335is suddenly shortly after buying it , I probably called around 20 shops no joke before calling prime care auto, they all gave me ridiculous quotes and suggested the bare minimum, many of them didn’t even know how special the car was that I had. When I called here for the first time, Siwan answered and helped me through the entire process. They found me an extremely low mole motor for my car and walked me through the entire engine swap process and kept me updated throughout the whole thing while they trouble shooters it. Once I got the car back from them I had absolutely no issues with it, it’s currently around 11 thousand miles since they swapped my engine, and It’s been running amazing , 7000 of that has been tuned and fbo never skipping a beat. Brian and Siwan always helped me even when I had to drop off my 135i last minute when they were closed because I had a bolt stuck in the downpipe, they even got it back to me next day. They truly understand enthusiasts because they are as well. I recommend them to anyone who needs work done on there care and could not have been happier with my experience.
