See patients on time of the appoint or least close to the appointment. Arrived at 2:06 pm for an appointment at 2:30 pm and I see still have been seen after 2 and half hours unacceptable

What I liked about this service is that they treated me with respect and quickly

Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional staff. Nice and welcoming facilities with a great atmosphere.

I have never felt judged by any provider until now. From front staff who do not greet and talk very loudly about personal matters in front of patients, to being left in the dark as I waited for a papsmear, to not having my medications sent in, among other concerns, this place is very unprofessional. The only staff member who treated me with decency was the phlebotomist on my first visit. On my second visit, the doctor called me "impulsive" and brought up my previous 1 star review. I found it incredibly odd that it was brought up, but it was not shocking given that I was treated with a condescending tone. I have never felt more compelled to write a review until now. I'm very proactive about my health, and I will ask questions accordingly. This clearly wasn't received well, and as suggested by Dr. Medrano, I will be switching to a provider who genuinely cares about my health needs and displays compassion.

Clean facility, very quiet and calm environment. Very attentive staff and doctors are amazing. She listened to all my concerns and did not ignore them like other doctors have done in the past. Got testing done and real help with my mental health. Definitely recommend.

Professional and helpful staff. Very time efficient- no long wait times. Dr. Medrano provided complete care. She addressed all my concerns and explained diagnosis and treatment thoroughly. I am impressed with my experience at this medical office.

Bilingual ! Attentive to my health needs, read my medical records and revalued my health needs according to the most updated and advance medical treatments. Heard all my concerns, and was in and out of there within 1 hour ! Time is priceless for me 🙂 since the moment you walk in the Medical Assistants greet you with joy and Dr. Medrano does the same.
