TL;DR Do not visit this center for an ultrasound/ sono if you do not want to wait forever! Was here for an ultrasound and they do not give you an estimate on the wait time during billing and make you wait forever. If the wait estimate is communicated before making a payment, one can at least make an informed choice whether they want to get the procedure done the given day or go to a different center. Unfortunately they do not ! Moreover, they do not follow the order in which patients have arrived !! A patient who arrived a good half hour after me was sent before me and when I complained the nurse handling the order of the patients (I was told shivagami) just slyly smiled back but made no change in the order! And this person easily spent about 30 -40 min inside the procedure room. I spent close to 3 hrs here just for one ultra sound! You are better off going to medall clumax just a little ahead . Had a better experience there and better management of people despite the crowd.

Good. I wanted to undergo certain blood tests and requested for home collection of the samples. They have organised it very nicely. Mr.Punith (Home collection) sent a message yesterday confirming the sample collection. He promptly reached my house today morning at the appointed time and collected the samples. Good experience.

Rakesh BM’s service has literally been at fingertips. He has always been responsive over calls at any time of the day. Very gentle in drawing blood, very enterprising. The most important thing is he has always been right dot on time every single time. He keeps his word on the time he commits to. His service is excellent and a very enterprising individual with 5yrs of experience. Painless blood draws! Highly recommend!

Very Poor Service, High Price, Unschedule plans for patients, Randomly they get the Patients & make us to wait for more than 3-4 hours Kindly tell your Doctors not to prescribe to Prima Diagnostic Centre

In prima, they doesn't allow attenders because of new variant but even some doctors & patients are not wearing mask. I think prima discovered anti-dote. Please give to everyone & allow attenders. They doesn't have updated count how many patients are inside, how many are done with testing & scan and pending cases. They are not taking responsibility for that. Improve your services. #irresponsible
